Returns & Exchanges
If your merchandise is defective or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials. Contact us within 5 business days after its arrival and we will send a replacement, if available or a refund if a replacement is not available.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most of items. There will be a 10% restocking fee for all products. Customers are encouraged to try on their item within 5 days of receipt. You may exchange your item for another, based on availability, or receive a store credit that is valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
*Please make sure that the products are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, with tags intact.*
