Order Questions

What methods of payment are accepted?

EIS Dress Outlet accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards as well as PayPal.

 

I am having trouble getting my order to go through, what should I do?

First, make sure that all of the indicated fields are filled out correctly at checkout and nothing is left blank. For security reasons your billing address must match the address listed on your credit card. If you are still having troubles please feel free to give us a call at 810-000-0000 Mon 4pm-8pm Tues-Fri 9am - 5pm EST and we will be happy to place your order for you over the phone. 

 

Am I able to modify an order once it has been placed?

Please call or send an e-mail to eisdressoutlet@gmail.com if you need to modify an order after it has been placed; however, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to modify your order as we process and ship them out very quickly.  Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required by law to charge the sales tax set by the state of Michigan, 6%.

 

Shipping Questions

When will my order be shipped out to me?

Most orders are shipped within 3 days of placing the order, unless we have a problem with your order or need additional verification which in case we will contact you. You will automatically receive an e-mail when your order has shipped. It will contain a tracking number you can use to go online and track the status of your shipment.
